2025 Annual Letter – Coral Cove Civic Association

As we go into 2025, I encourage everyone to join our neighborhood Facebook Group, and Coral Cove Civic Association website, this is where a calendar of events is displayed and you can set up an online account where you can pay your dues and register your boat.

We are fortunate to have seemingly created a bubble for ourselves here, where we care deeply about our neighbors and our neighborhood. The Association is managed by a hard-working, magnanimous group of volunteers who have formed several committees to mange the day-to- and year-to-year operations on behalf of all members. Sure, we are a small neighborhood(182homes) with no deed restrictions- but we still have common assets to maintain, protect, and insure.

The board of directors has been busy doing just this. Maintaining the landscaping by mulching, organizing painting of the front entry walls and removal of the old lights, repair of the gate (electric was damaged due to the hurricanes) and the dock repair.

For 2025, dues will remain the same as they have for the last several years. We aim to keep the dues low and provide as much value as possible for our members while covering the annual bills. Membership dues remain the same for homeowners($200) Renters($250) Boating(park vehicle access) remains the same for owners at $130.
